Francis Nathan of Nathan Law Firm has decades of business experience in both the corporate sector and as an entrepreneur. As a trial lawyer, Mr. Nathan has won jury and bench trials and settled disputes for clients to save on legal fees.
His practice includes: Probate, Disputes with IRS, Civil Litigation, Immigration, US & International Estate Planning and Small Business Matters.
Academic Qualifications:
- Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas
- MBA in International Business, University of Dallas, Texas
- Bachelor of Computer Science, University of Texas at El Paso with outstanding academic honors
- Diploma in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Technical College, Singapore
Mr. Nathan was a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Dallas and taught legal basics and the business environment to undergraduate students and Corporate Taxation to graduate students. He also assists the DFW Singapore Club as an executive board member.
Mr. Nathan interned at the 297th District Court of Tarrant County assisting with prosecution of felony murder and at King & Wood, one of the largest international law firms in Beijing, China. He also assisted Professor Leopold in updates to his textbook “International Art Law”.
Early in his career Mr. Nathan was a Buyer at a large shipyard, computer programmer and international marketer at IBM. His experience includes ownership in retail franchises, property tax lending and real estate investments.
